WORK PERMIT

Australia is a fantastic place to live and study for students from all over the world. Students have the choice of working while studying. Part-time jobs during the study could be a good way to make some extra cash while also getting a taste of the local culture. During the school year, a pupil can work up to 40 hours every two weeks, and during the holidays, they can work as many hours as they prefer. For Masters, PhD, and post-doctoral degree students, this means part-time work privileges of 40 hours a fortnight while classes are in session and full-time work rights for spouses.

PERMANENT RESIDENCY

After graduation, international students may apply for permanent residence. The applicants must prove that they are enthusiastic about the Skill Select migration pathway by filling out the Department of Immigration and Border Control's questionnaire. This visa allows the students to live and work permanently in Australia. A candidate can also apply for a Temporary Graduate Visa Subclass 485 to obtain permanent residency in the future. After finishing their studies for two years, this Graduate Visa status allows qualifying foreign students to live and work in Australia temporarily.
