NEW ZEALAND IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS IN KERALA

New Zealand is a stunning island nation in the Pacific Ocean's southwest, with stunning beaches and mountain ranges. New Zealand is searching for immigrants who can add their expertise and experience to their economic development. Those wishing to live and work in the country have a variety of visa choices. The best visa depends on how long the applicant wants to stay in New Zealand, whether he or she intends to bring their families, and whether there is a skills shortage in New Zealand. If you are looking for a New Zealand Immigration Consultant in Kerala, you are in the right place.

NEW ZEALAND VISA CATEGORIES

TEMPORARY VISAS

Temporary visas are those that allow you to stay and work in New Zealand for a limited time. Temporary residence in New Zealand may often lead to permanent residency in the country. Work visas are typically granted to those that possess skills that are in short supply in the Canadian labour market or who have accepted a job offer from a New Zealand employer. The majority of work visas do not have an age restriction.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS WORK VISAS

Essential Skills work permits are only valid for a limited time. The length and terms of the visa are determined by many variables, including the work offer, salary, and labour market patterns. Even though these visas are intended to fill temporary ability gaps, the visa holder may be able to gain enough points to qualify for a residence visa under the Skilled Migrant Category.

VISAS FOR A LONG TIME

Visas for work and residency: Work to residence visas allows applicants to work in New Zealand for 24 months before applying for a permanent residency visa. There are two kinds of them:
Work to Residence Visa: Long Term Skill Shortage If the applicant has a work offer in an occupation on New Zealand's Long Term Skill Shortage List, the candidate may apply for a Long-term Skill Shortage Visa. The qualifications and experience for this visa must be appropriate for this role and age, fitness, and character criteria.

  • WORK TO RESIDENCE: Accredited Employer If the applicant has a long-term or permanent work offer from an Immigration New Zealand-accredited employer, he or she can apply for this visa. Other criteria, such as age, fitness, and character, must be met by the applicant.
  • VISAS FOR COUPLES: If both the applicant and his or her spouse meet those requirements, they may apply for a temporary job or visitor visa. If the partner's visa is contingent on the candidate's temporary visa, their visa will be valid for the same time as the candidate's. If the candidate is a New Zealand citizen or resident, the partner may apply for a 12- to 24-month work or visitor visa.
In most resident visa categories, the applicant may add his or her spouse as a secondary applicant. The spouse can apply for a resident visa under the Family Partnership category if the candidate is a New Zealand citizen or resident.
  • CHILDREN'S VISA: To attend school in New Zealand, the candidate's school-aged children must have a student visa. Children under the age of 18 are qualified for a tourist visa. The children will be made secondary applicants if the nominee is applying for residency in New Zealand. The children may apply for a resident visa under the dependent child category if the candidate is already a citizen or resident.

Visa for partners

  • Temporary visa The candidate’s partner can apply for temporary work or visitor visa if they both meet certain criteria. If the visa of the partner is dependent on the candidate’s temporary visa, the validity of their visa will be for the same period as the candidate’s. If the candidate is a New Zealand citizen or resident, the partner can apply for a work or visitor visa with a duration between 12-24 months.
  • Resident visa In most of the resident visa categories, the candidate can add the partner as a secondary applicant. If the candidate is a New Zealand citizen or resident, the partner can apply for a resident visa under the Family Partnership category.
  • Visa for children The candidate’s school-aged children must have a student visa to attend school in New Zealand. Children younger than school age can have visitor visa. If the candidate is applying for residence in New Zealand, the children can be made secondary applicants. If the candidate is already a citizen or resident, the children can apply for a resident visa under the dependent child category.
