WORK PERMIT

PERMANENT RESIDENCY

In New Zealand, PR VISAs are granted depending on the following criteria:

  • Resident VISA for Skilled Migrants:
    This is the best choice for New Zealand immigrants. The applicant must apply for an online Expression of Interest (EOI) (Expression of Interest). 
  • VISA in the Family Category: If the applicant is a spouse/partner, relative, or minor child of a New Zealand permanent resident or person, they can apply for a PR visa under this category.
  • VISA FOR BUSINESS AND INVESTMENT: If the applicant wants to invest in a New Zealand-based company, they may apply under the Investor Category. Another choice is to apply under the Entrepreneur Category, which requires the applicants to demonstrate their willingness to start a company in the region.
